White Sonoran Wheat Berry – 24 oz

$8.40

Grown and harvested by Ramona Farms in Sacaton, Arizona, a community on the Gila River reservation in ArizonaAncient Sonora wheat berry is a “soft” grain, meaning it has low gluten content, and is perfect for making tortillas!

Its sweet, and somewhat nutty flavor, enriches breads and pies, and, if used whole, is a great addition to pinole and posole. To add some spice to your homemade wheat berry bread, why not try out our green chili sage oil recipe? It’s super easy to make!

A new treat!

I've never cooked wheatberries before and now I'm hooked. I first tasted them in a grain bowl at your fabulous restaurant and had to buy them for home use. So good!

Excellent products!

Our family wanted to make an NW indigenous-inspired Thanksgiving. We sourced some of our ingredients from Tocabe. The products were delicious, and shipping was very fast. It's awesome that this market exists!
